Yosemite National Park Backpack - Aug 24-29, 2014
Ann and I started at White Wolf campground, hiked down to Pate valley
in the Grand Canyon of the Tuolumne where we camped the first night.
Hiked up the GCT to Waterwheel falls were we crossed the river and
camped on the far side of the falls for our second night. We then hiked
up past Glen Aulin to Upper Young Lake where we spent our third night.
We then hiked down to Tuolumne Meadows where we resupplied and had some
burgers and fries at the grill then hiked past Glen Aulin to McGee Lake
where we spent our fourth night. We then hiked up to the Ten Lakes
Basin where we spent our fifth night and hiked out the next day back to
White Wolf campground.
6 days - 79.3 miles - 14,636 elevation gain
